By registering for our dance classes, you agree to the following terms:

Participation: I understand that dance classes involve physical activity, and I am responsible for ensuring that I am physically fit to participate. I will inform the instructor of any health concerns or injuries that may affect my ability to dance safely.

Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that dance activities carry inherent risks, and I release the dance instructor and Evolution Dance Studio from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses that may occur during the dance classes.

Respect: I will treat fellow dancers, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy at all times. Any disruptive behavior may result in termination of my participation in the classes.

Attendance and Punctuality: I will make an effort to attend all scheduled classes on time. If I am unable to attend a class, I will inform the instructor in advance. Missed classes shall be forfeited. Classes will only be rescheduled, if the dance instructor is unavailable for a class due unforeseen circumstances, and this will be communicated in advance.

Payment: I agree to pay the required fees for the dance classes according to the payment schedule provided. All payments are non-refundable.

Photography and Videography: I grant Ramo Molise Pty (Ltd) the right to use photographs or videos taken during the classes for promotional purposes.

Health and Safety: I will adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by the instructor and Evolution Dance Studio to ensure a safe dance environment.

By checking the box and registering for the dance classes, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms stated in this Dance Registration Agreement.
